At Transformation by Design (TBD), we are deeply committed to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within our organization and beyond. All of our work is grounded in our Inclusive Leadership by Design Blueprint© and the proprietary assessment tools we have created to conduct a comprehensive assessment of your organization and develop a detailed observations and recommendations report for short and long-term organizational planning. The TBD Blueprint facilitates the integration of an equity lens in all our work and can be applied at all levels of your organization, including institution-wide, specific divisions and/or areas, and individual departments.
