Overview

Leandre Waldo is a respected strategic leader and solution seeker with a reputation for building strong relationships, facilitating conversations, and distilling concepts into goal-achieving actions. Leandre holds an MBA from Brandeis University and a BA from Hamilton College and brings over 20 years of communications, marketing, and management experience in higher education, nonprofit, healthcare, and government sectors. Currently the Chief of Staff for the president at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, Leandre previously served as Chief of Staff to the President at St. Michael’s College and the Director of Client & Media Relations at Champlain College, where she managed the College’s undergraduate marketing strategy and crisis communications.

Strongly rooted in the values of empathy, integrity, and curiosity, Leandre offers thoughtful audience-focused communications analysis, inquiry-informed recommendations and clear, concise action plans with an emphasis on outcomes.

Leandre has lived on both coasts and several states in between but is happy to call Burlington, VT her permanent home. Outside the office, Leandre spends her time running, cycling, hiking, snowboarding and taste-testing creemees around the state. She lives with her partner and two teen-aged children.
